Gilead Biosciences                MFRG Facilities including Building 300  all facilities Process  piping, (300 Ton Plant) and Cooling for furnaces and Testers. Included is an expansion of an existing DDC control system.   

Divco West                             MFRG Facilities including 4400 NFS  all facilities Process  piping, (300 Ton Plant) and Cooling for furnaces and Testers. Included is an expansion of an existing DDC control system.     

IBM TI                                   Office Facilities including a VAV system with HW reheat piping, 205 K Square Feet. The facilities is home for an $8,000. Square Feet of computer room were the cooling is provided by 20 water cooled CRAC units

 

Data Centers

Although many of our projects contained some form or another of computer rooms, we have excluded these from the list and included only the dedicated rooms that are used as Data Centers. We would like to also mention that due to the dynamics of our area and the many changes we have lived thru some of these mentioned companies original names and perhaps the General contractors or project managers in charge might not be currently involved with the original construction firms, in any case we can assist in locating or tracking down further information if required.
