HVAC DRY SIDE

Our well-trained Union HVAC Mechanics can tackle the most complex of the duct systems and install a state of the art energy-efficient duct distribution system. The results are reduced operating pressure-drop and a system that is simple to balance and maintain.

Included in this division our specialty construction department that can design and build any special material duct systems such as FRP, Stainless Steel, PVC and a variety of coated ductwork.

Most of our mechanics are certified welders. We can custom design and construct any Grease exhaust hood and systems.

We also have a special construction division for small projects. This department can perform most of the installations from material and equipment that is readily available.

1. We detail all of our installations to insure proper clearances after the construction is complete.             
2. Due to our effective methods of construction, we can generally obtain all of the sheet metal ductwork at competitive pricing             
3. We follow SMACNA details for a minimum construction standard 

Capabilities

Each of our projects is supervised by a sheet metal Forman with a minimum of 10 years construction experience.

This includes all installations larger than 4000 field hours

Medium size construction

This includes all installations larger than 1000 field hours and less than 4000 hours
