| CYBEC- Class 10 Clean rooms | This project includes the construction of multiple clean rooms that include an elaborate ACID and Solvent exhaust systems. All of the clean rooms operate under a very tight temperature and humidity control criteria. |
| Cybeq Nano System | This includes all new DI water plant, CDA, Vacuum, Slurry distribution and drainage and monitoring systems. We also designed and built an extensive refrigeration plant for the HVAC system. |
| D&H Manufacturing | This multi-building complex is a state of the art computer controlled heavy manufacturing facilities. Our challenge was to provide a conditioned high bay manufacturing buildings and allow for the installation of an overhead crane. |

The system includes individual roof top packaged VAV units and hot water reheat systems for zone controls. These buildings are the home of a multitude of different companies. |
| Kestrel Solutions | This project includes a multiple building campus that houses manufacturing facilities for a state of the art 10 Gigabits per second (Gbps) optical multiplexer systems and a corporate headquarters environment. We have been involved in the new construction, remodels and ongoing service and maintenance for the entire facilities. We are pleased to be part of their continued growth. |

| Thomas Road R&D | Two Spec buildings 70K sqft that includes a VAV system with hot water reheat. The rooft top units were controlled by a Summit DDC controls system. |

| Tivo Buildings E&D | A complete T.I. of two 70K sqft buildings that includes a dual duct VAV system with packaged constant volje units for the 24/7area. The controls were mixed pneumatics and a Tracker system. |
| VA Linux | This multi-building complex is a state of the art computer controlled office building with several computer server labs. The challenge was to provide multiple source of cooling to the server labs and provide back-up to ensure reliability and un-interrupted operation. |
| Zepton | This project includes the construction of multiple H-6 & H-7 clean rooms that include an elaborate single pass conditioned air systems. Some of the clean rooms operate under a very tight temperature and humidity control criteria. This facilities is served by a multiple exhaust systems that include scrubbed, heat and solvent exhaust systems. |
