Constructed where the Sobrato surface parking lot was once sited, the new South Campus Residence Hall, known as Finn Residence Hall is projected to house an additional 366 undergraduate students in Jack and Jill style mini-suites; additionally, it will include 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for staff members.

Neighborhood amenities such as kitchens, living rooms, and study spaces are on each floor as well as a large multipurpose room and recreational space to foster student engagement and collaboration – making this new residence hall feel like home for the incoming undergrads.
