“The standard of care is not taken for granted and we don’t believe in short cuts, we believe in doing what is right.”

Elias SVM

After graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in mechanical engineer and starting his career in the 80’s as an assistant engineer / draftsman, Elias understood what it was going to take to create a company in which employees would succeed. Having grown up in Silicon Valley since the 70’s and having founded the company 25 years ago; Elias has been able to not only see rebirth of Silicon Valley, but now in the trusted hands of Brian, Ryan, and Blaine, the rebirth and transformation of what is now SVM. Throughout the years Elias has been able to take pride in developing a very successful team and developing an enormous network of friends and colleagues.

A huge history-buff and cultural enthusiast, Elias is fluent in two languages to better connect with other cultures and enjoys traveling. You can often find Elias playing guitar and golf with friends or making wine in his spare time.

In the last 25 years we have witnessed the re-birth of Silicon Valley. The Dot Com era continues to live on thru the dynamics of the many companies that fuel our local and global economy. We have enjoyed the ride thus far and built a reputation in our industry that remains untarnished among our clients and peers – thank you for the efforts of every individual that continues to be part of the SVM family.

I’m enjoying the re-birth and growth of SVM as much as I enjoyed the moment I decided to start it back in November 1994; Ryan, Brian, and Blaine, masterminds of the evolution and transformation that we are witnessing assures the wellbeing and enhances our standing in the industry so that we continue to have an agile operation that will withstand the challenges that test our resilience.

My family and I have been blessed to be part of the success and accomplishments with a huge smile on our faces when we drive by projects that we provided service for at any level. There is no doubt in my mind that the feeling is equally shard among all of us.

For the next 25 years and beyond from near and from far I look forward to seeing your continued growth and the success of SVM. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work, commitment and efforts that make us thrive.
