Community Involvement

Since 2018, SVM has partnered with Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley to serve Santa Clara County neighbors and nonprofits in need through essential no-cost home and facility repairs. Our employees and their families volunteer their time and skills to help make it all happen, because doing the right thing and giving back are part of our Core Values.

We are also proud to host an annual Stanford Blood Center mobile blood drive, giving employees and neighboring businesses the opportunity to donate blood and support critical community healthcare needs. Through volunteerism, charitable partnerships, and service initiatives, SVM is committed to making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.

Work hard, play hard!

At SVM, we believe self-care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are essential. Our state-of-the-art on-site gym and in-house fitness classes give employees the opportunity to prioritize their health and wellness throughout the workday. What started as an initiative with regular bootcamp, yoga, and Pilates classes quickly became part of our culture after seeing the positive impact it had on our team and their overall well-being.
